Estimate calculator. A new 🧮 Calculator button on every estimate and invoice opens a time-based pricing tool. Pick your trade and it shows that trade's own measurement fields and labels — e.g. driveway sq ft, house-wash siding, fence length, and stain treatments for pressure washing; standard/large/French windows, screens, and tracks for window cleaning; bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchens for house cleaning — each with trade-specific multipliers (heavy buildup, second-story access, deep-clean, and so on). It converts everything into labor time, labor cost, and a suggested price, layering in materials, equipment, disposal, travel, overhead, profit, and a minimum charge. Every field and rate is editable. Hit Add to estimate to drop the priced line straight onto what you're working on.

Bigger starter service catalogs. Several trades (window & gutter cleaning, carpet cleaning, appliance & dryer-vent service, holiday lighting, fencing, snow removal, general home services) now pre-load more of their common services when you add the trade.

Reset your password. Forgot it? Request a reset link from the login page and set a new one.

Download your data. Export a complete JSON copy of your organization's records any time from Settings → Your data.
Tax forms summary. A Schedule C income/expense summary and a list of 1099-NEC eligible vendors for any year, both CSV-downloadable.
