Simple, honest pricing

Each trade you add unlocks its full kit — service catalog, custom job fields, the trade-specific calculator (mulch yardage for landscaping, chemical mix for pressure washing, paint coverage for painting, squares for roofing, etc.), and the matching estimate form. Add or drop trades on a monthly cycle: a trade you add is yours through the current billing period, and a trade you cancel keeps working until the period ends so nothing breaks mid-job.

Each seat is a full team member with their own login — they get role-scoped access to customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, and the calendar. Owners and admins can invite, remove, or downgrade members at any time from the Team page. Seats are billed at a flat per-seat price on both plans (no per-user gotcha that doubles your bill when you grow).

Plus already includes 1,500 emails per month. If you outgrow that, stack as many email packs as you need — each pack adds its full email allowance on top of the base. Texting customers is always free: the “Copy & send as text” button sends from your own phone, so it never counts against any allowance.

Toggle individual fields on or off for every estimate and invoice — "Prepared by", payment terms, project scope, materials breakdown, internal notes, customer signature line, and a dozen more. Useful when you want one trade's estimates to read formally and another trade's to fit on a single sticky-note. Settings → Document fields.

Set reorder points, log purchases and usage, scan SKUs with the camera, run monthly cycle counts on a schedule, and get a low-stock notification before you run out mid-job. Job completion auto-deducts the chemicals used so your stock numbers stay honest. Pickable as an add-on at signup — currently rolled out to every org for free while we finish billing wiring.

Each plan includes platform-hosted photo storage: Basic 1 GB, Plus 2 GB. Need more? Turn on additional storage in Settings → Storage and we bill $0.25 per GB per month, rounded up to the nearest whole GB. Uploads pause at your included limit until you enable overage, upgrade, or free up space, so you're never surprised. Prefer to keep everything in-house? Connect your Google Drive and we'll upload every job photo straight into your own folder — your storage, your retention, no overage from us.
