Each trade you add unlocks its full kit — service catalog, custom job fields, the trade-specific calculator (mulch yardage for landscaping, chemical mix for pressure washing, paint coverage for painting, squares for roofing, etc.), and the matching estimate form. Add or drop trades on a monthly cycle: a trade you add is yours through the current billing period, and a trade you cancel keeps working until the period ends so nothing breaks mid-job.

Each seat is a full team member with their own login — they get role-scoped access to customers, jobs, estimates, invoices, and the calendar. Owners and admins can invite, remove, or downgrade members at any time from the Team page. Seats are billed at a flat per-seat price on both plans (no per-user gotcha that doubles your bill when you grow).
Email packs

Plus already includes 1,500 emails per month. If you outgrow that, stack as many email packs as you need — each pack adds its full email allowance on top of the base. Texting customers is always free: the “Copy & send as text” button sends from your own phone, so it never counts against any allowance.

Each plan includes platform-hosted photo storage: Basic 1 GB, Plus 2 GB. Need more? Turn on additional storage in Settings → Storage and we bill $0.25 per GB per month, rounded up to the nearest whole GB. Uploads pause at your included limit until you enable overage, upgrade, or free up space, so you're never surprised. Prefer to keep everything in-house? Connect your Google Drive and we'll upload every job photo straight into your own folder — your storage, your retention, no overage from us.
Prices in USD. Customer-paid Stripe processing fees are passed through at standard Stripe rates and are not included above.
