From estimate to paid invoice

The money path

  • An approved estimate creates a job you can schedule on the calendar.
  • When the work is done, mark the job complete and an invoice is drafted from it.
  • Update if needed then send the invoice; record a manual payment (cash/check/ACH) or share a Stripe payment link.
  • A receipt is emailed automatically when an invoice is fully paid.

You can edit an estimate or invoice any time until it is accepted or paid.
